Who we are
PersonaliseU is run by PersonaliseU Limited, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC907117, registered office 92 Queensby Road, Glasgow, G69 6PS). Email: meg@personaliseu.com.
What we sell
We make personalised gifts and keepsakes, such as letters, stories, songs, messages and videos. Each product page says exactly what you will receive. Unless a page says otherwise, our products are digital: we email you a private link, and nothing is posted to you.
Prices and paying
The price is shown in pounds before you pay and includes any tax that applies. Payment is taken securely by Stripe. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email.
Check before you pay
Where we show a preview, please check the names and details are right before you pay. Some of our products are created with the help of AI technology from the details you give us, and we apply checks to keep them kind and age-appropriate. Where we offer it, you can ask for another version before you pay.
Delivery
Each product page says when to expect your item. For most digital products we email a link within minutes of payment. If it has not arrived after an hour, check your junk folder, then email us.
Cancelling and refunds
Our products are made specially for you and delivered digitally straight away. Because of this, and by agreeing to start straight away, you will not have the usual 14-day right to cancel once your item has been made. This does not affect your legal rights. If there is a problem with your order, such as your item not arriving, not working, or having a mistake we caused, tell us within 14 days and we will put it right or refund you.
How you can use what you buy
Your item is for you and your family to enjoy and share privately. Please do not sell it, use it for a business, or use it to mislead anyone. Only enter details you are happy for us to use, and do not include surnames, home addresses or contact details. Please do not ask us to make anything unlawful, hurtful or misleading, and we may refuse an order if we think it breaks this rule.
Our responsibility
We will take reasonable care to provide your item as described. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have predicted, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and the law
We may update these terms, and the version in force when you order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by Scots law, and the courts of Scotland have jurisdiction, unless you live elsewhere in the UK and the law gives you the right to use your local courts.
